RETURNS

30-day return window. If you're not satisfied with your print for any reason, we'll make it right.

What's Eligible

  • —Prints received in damaged or defective condition
  • —Incorrect item shipped
  • —Quality doesn't match what was shown (color, sharpness)
  • —Change of mind within 30 days of delivery (print must be unused and in original packaging)

How to Return

  1. 01Email hello@atlassagecollection.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. 02We'll send you a return shipping label within 2 business days.
  3. 03Pack the print securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the carrier.
  4. 04Refund is processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

What's Not Eligible

  • —Custom or personalized orders
  • —Returns requested after 30 days
  • —Prints that have been mounted, framed by the customer, or otherwise altered
